What counts as one answer?
One capture and its reply. Follow-up questions take a fresh screenshot, so each one counts as an answer too.
Do I need an OpenAI account or API key?
No. Model access is included in every plan, free included. There is no key to create, paste, or pay for — your subscription covers the inference.
What happens when the free allowance runs out?
The overlay tells you the daily allowance is used up and offers to upgrade. It resets at midnight UTC. Nothing is charged and nothing breaks.
Is 'unlimited' really unlimited?
Pro has no answer counter. It does have a fair-use ceiling of roughly 800 answers a day, which exists to stop scripted abuse — a heavy human user runs at about an eighth of that. If you legitimately need more, email support and we will raise it.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fee, no phone call.
Are my screenshots stored?
No. A screenshot is sent for inference and discarded once the answer returns. It is never written to disk, never used for training, and never reviewed by a human.
